What’s more important than publicity?
Well, lots of things!
How do you feel right now?
What inspires you?
What are you limiting?
I used to hear people say that “feeling good is the most important thing you can do.”
At first it sounded like a whole bunch of baloney to me.
And then I got to a place where I would try absolutely anything to get out of a rut.
So I gave it a shot. I prioritized feeling good.
Even when it felt a little recklessly adventurous, or irresponsibly fun, or I had no idea how I was going to pay for that thing I felt so fired up to do.
And surprisingly, focusing on feeling good helped me get out of my own way.
Things started falling into place, and I started feeling better and better.
That’s because when I allowed myself to want what I really want (and feel good about it), I aligned with the people and circumstances that bring my ideas to life.
Feeling good all the time can be tricky, and everyone has their own way of getting to their sweet spot.
One of my favorite feel-good focusers is Abraham from Abraham Hicks.
I’ve been following their work closely for 3-4 months now, and am so obsessed.
They’re really really good at cutting the bs and focusing on feeling good.
One of my favorite things that Abraham does is called a rampage.
It’s basically like venting, except in a positive light.
You keep building and building on an initial good thought until your energy is through the roof. You can practically feel your skin buzz with inspiration when it’s all done. It’s a great way to start the day or to pick yourself up from an energy slump.
I sat down today and wrote us a rampage for publicity.
Find a comfy place and read this to yourself (out loud if you feel up to it) every day to attract more publicity, ease, and good vibes!
The Friendly Publicist’s Publicity Rampage
I am happy to do work that fulfills me.
I am making the world a more joyful and fulfilling place.
I am a force to be reckoned with.
I love getting positive responses about my work.
I am constantly attracting great press coverage.
I love how good it feels to see a glowing article or post about me.
I love how happy my followers get when they learn more about me and what I do.
I love how energized my new followers are when they find out about me.
It lights them up. It brings up their vibration. It reminds them of who they truly are.
By living how I want to live, I remind others that they are capable of literally anything they desire.
My pitches are like magnets, zooming directly to the people who want to see them, who are craving my stories.
Journalists love responding to me.
They love to write about my work and tell everyone they know about me.
I am building powerful momentum.
I have already come so far.
I am exactly where I need to be, in this moment.
I know, deep down, that this is the work that I am meant to do because it makes me feel good.
The only validation I need is from myself.
I know what I’m doing and I have a lot to share with the world.
I’m actually really good at it.
Every day, I’m getting better and better at what I do.
I am growing, realizing, expanding, dreaming, and creating.
Every day, it gets a little bit easier to speak up, to show up, and to share my ideas.
I’m so good at sharing my ideas.
I understand that my point of view is not for everyone, and that’s ok.
I don’t have to change to fit into others’ expectations of me.
I’m a creator, I am learning to do things my way, and I’m building a new path to success.
I trust that the people who are meant to learn about my work will find me.
The universe is conspiring to make my hopes come true.
Sometimes I’ll stumble, and that’s ok, too, because it gives me a chance to get back up.
To become more clear about what I want and what I don’t want.
I have a lovely perspective and my personal experiences resonate with a lot of people.
When they read about my work, they tune in to their deeper selves.
They get inspired to learn from me, because they love what I’m about.
No matter what I set myself up to do, I bring about beautiful results.
Some might even call them miracles.
I spread good energy through the work I do.
To people who are attracting my perspective because they are aligned with it.
I don’t need to bother convincing anyone to like me because there are plenty of people who like me just the way I am.
Publicity is easy. When I get in the flow of it, it’s such a fun game to play.
Wouldn’t it be nice if I got press coverage that skyrocketed my career?
Wouldn’t it be nice to have journalists bombarding my inbox for updates on my badass, brilliant work?
Wouldn’t it be nice if my clients couldn’t stop raving about me? That I had a waitlist to work with me?
Wouldn’t it be nice to make a ton of money without having to put in the effort of looking for new clients?
Wouldn’t it be nice if my work would spread like glitter, making everyone within a mile radius sparkle just a bit?
Wouldn’t it be nice if I had just the right amount of quality clients who loved working with me? Who would come back to me over and over again?
Wouldn’t it be nice if their whole experience, from learning about who I am to hiring and working with me, would be aligned with exactly what they want?
I am ready to receive massive results.
I am ready to receive the financial benefits of doing the work that I love.
I am ready to receive ease and flow and fun.
I am ready to be recognized for the powerful work I do.
I’m ready to ease up on the grind and to accept happy coincidences, synchronicity, and joyful surprises.
I am ready to be handed the right opportunity at the right time.
I am willing to listen to myself. To take action when I feel guided to do so.
I am aligned.
I am worthy.
I am powerful.
I am brilliant.
I am willing to receive whatever my heart desires.
